Blonde Redhead San Diego Concert reviews
He’s still got it!
Blonde Redhead put on a great show! My rating would be 5+ stars if I were only judging them. A couple of things aside from the band affected my overall experience. One of the issues I had was with the screens. Most concert venues typically have large screens to display close-ups of the musicians for those seated further back. It would've been really nice to have seen Blonde Redhead up close on the screen. The music was fantastic, but I really wished for a closer look at the band. The bag policy was another area of concern - there was a lack of consistency. Although they stated only clear bags were allowed, many attendees brought in large bags. It would be better if they enforced a single policy consistently. The prices at the venue were also a drawback for me. While I understand that they might not change, paying four dollars for a bottle of water was quite challenging. I even had to discard the water I brought from home. Thankfully, we had eaten before the event because I can only imagine the cost of food inside the venue.
